Work seemed to be fine, but communication was terrible and disrespectful. I had to request a call back 5 times before I actually spoke to someone about the repairs for my car. Then I was quoted a completion date, but my car wasn’t actually ready for a full week after I was told my car would be ready “tomorrow.” A simple call or text explaining the situation would have been much appreciated, and doesn’t seem like much to ask.

My first encounter was Deondra (forgive the misspelling) was the catalyst to a beautiful experience. Customer service was top notch. Knowledge of the staff (Christy & Gerard, again, forgive any misspelling) waa appreciated. The honest, straightforward handling of the process is symbolic of what's lacking in the world currently. Repair looks fine. I wasn't happy with the interior dust. Unfortunately I didn't notice until my black outfit was covered in dust, and the back of my hair *sigh*
