Everyone I dealt with was great, especially Gerard who was overseeing the repairs to my vehicle. My only suggestion would be to let folks know ahead of time about the 3.5% discount for paying by check/cash as it would have saved me about $30 today, but other than that the team is doing a fantastic job. My car looked like new when I got it back which was the most important thing!
