It truly was a pleasure to work with your center. All the staff were fantastic, constant communication, repaired within scheduled timeline, and we were very satisfied. Even the little things like not having any difficulty getting in touch or worrying about not receiving a return phone call, making sure the vehicle was clean after the work was completed, all things we have had issues with with other shops. It was very nice to not have to worry about anything because you took care of it all. Will not hesitate to return or recommend.

After I drove the car home I noticed the back seat folded down & the back of the right front seat folded forward. I folded the rear seat back up & the back of the passenger seat back up. I noticed a lot of spots and stains on the Right rear seat & the running board just inside the rear door very dingy & dirty - all this grime in seat and on rubber running board inside door was a result of working on that right rear side. When I received my car it should have been cleaned up in those areas where the technition worked - very unprofessional- I am disappointed in the quality of care I received.
