The Harper team was great to deal with. Their actions show that they take pride in customer service, great communication and quality workmanship. They did everything they could to get me OEM parts for my car but in the end I had to pay the difference because Shelter Insurance has no regard for safety and making sure that cars are put back together with quality parts. My son was hit my one of their clients and they were absolutely horrible to deal with. Can't say enough about the folks at Harper. Highly recommend them. Love the status dashboard web site that tells me where my car is in the repair process.
