Overall very responsive and easy to deal with. We were happy with the repair. We did have to bring car back for a minor problem after repair but it was handled very swiftly.

I recently got vehicle repairs done with Harrelson Collision due to an insurance claim. They were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Great communication and advice on steps to take. Friendly as can be too! I highly recommend them! The work to the front end of my vehicle looks perfect!

Disappointed that the original estimate was wrong. I feel like the damage wasn’t investigated as it should have been. If the hood had been opened the extent of damage should have been detected.
