I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at Hartel's for the repair of my truck's bumper. Since I never hesitate to leave a review for a bad experience I've made it my new years resolution to also leave positive reviews. In this case I had the best experience which for me has been rare when dealing with automotive related repairs. From the moment I first called the shop, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who were attentive to my needs. They listened attentively as I explained the issue with my truck's bumper and provided a thorough assessment of the damage. Throughout the repair process, the team at Hartel's kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on the progress of the repair. They also dealt with the insurance claim from their side in a timely and efficient matter so my repairs were turned around in about a week which what they had estimated. In addition to their exceptional workmanship, I was also impressed by their honesty and integrity. The final cost of the repair was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, my experience at Hartel's was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality auto body repairs.
