1. Crack in bed liner spray. 2. Wheel well liner not attached at lower mounting. 3.Paint dull at top of wheel well (not buffed out, has swirl marks and does not match) 4. Bed has a snap,crackle and pop noise when frame is flexed.

This has been the easiest process I’ve ever experience with maintenance or repairs on a vehicle. There was constant communication and updates and I was never concerned. I will never go to a different auto body collision facility

First of all, Sierra was amazing! She clearly communicated timeline the whole time and exceeded all of my expectations. Sierra and everyone I interacted with were all super friendly. My car was clearly cleaned inside and out before given back to me. While I hope I don’t have to have a reason to go back to Harvey’s, if something were to happen again I know where to go.

Everything is fixed and like new. The team even washed my car! The reason I’m not giving this a 10 rating is because the roof of my car (where there is a soft fabric) on the passengers seat is all scratched up. I know it’s not me because I’m not nearly tall enough to even touch the top and it wasn’t there before. There were also bits of trash/car parts? in the drink holder area.

Brad at the Commerce location went above and beyond to repair my car that was involved in a rear end accident. I’m super grateful to him and his team. I have a super busy work and travel schedule. I am very inconvenienced with having to pick up and drop off rental cars every time I was flying in and out of town. Brad heard my concern and quickly got my car repaired and ready for me so I would have it in my possession before leaving town again. Thanks again.
