I liked the quality of the repair, but I felt Harvey's should have noticed I did not gave back or front license plates. Also there is a missing cover on the inside of my vehicle that goes over the electrical board in my car. What Happened?

The dry erase marker used all over my vehicle has left permanent mark in the paint. As I can not seem to be able to remove them. Will be contacting about rectifying.

Had to contact on my own multiple times for updates as they were not informing me on delays do to parts and what not.

For the reason they gave me my vehicle with damages that were not there before. And also when I took my vehicle back for them to repare the damages they themselves made they didn’t want to pay me what Sierra told me for a rent car.

There was absolutely zero communication from the shop about my vehicle. During my car’s time there I had to call probably about 10 times just to get any updates on my car. I had also asked them to estimate additional work, and they said they would call back with the estimate and never did and never actually performed the estimate until a week later. $500 of additional work for the shop and they can’t be bothered to get back to me or do an estimate they said they would?? Then, I had to pick up my car before a part could come in and they said they would call when that part came in and again they never called me. I called them and found out that they have actually had that part for multiple days and just never told me. Additionally, I told them what time I would be coming to get the remainder of the work done, and when I walked in no one seemed to know about my case or be prepared to deal with my vehicle. For how much money I gave the shop I would just hope for a little bit better service, and while I am so happy with the work done, I am beyond disappointed with the quality of customer service.

Initial accident damage was repaired but when I went to pick it up there was additional damage caused by one of the shop’s employees plus missing parts. The shop was going to let me drive off with my car with additional damage AND missing pieces, showing that there is no quality checks done on vehicles once they’re finished. It’s been two weeks now that they’ve kept my car in an attempt to correct their mistakes but no work has been done on my car since I last left it. Sierra has come up with so many excuses as to why my car isn’t fixed yet and won’t make any effort to reach out or update me, everything I know is because I took time out of my day to get updates on my car. Alondra has been kind enough to finally order parts for my car and make it a high priority. I can’t believe this is how customers who are referred to by insurance companies are treated.

The only person who has made an effort to try to get my car back to me with the proper parts is Alondra. Sierra made up excuses about not having enough money to get my car properly fixed and that’s why there’s missing parts. When I offered money to pay for the missing parts she laughed in my face and said it would cost too much. When I contacted GEICO they told me money is never an issue and it’s very unprofessional for those things to be mentioned to me. Stories are constantly contradicted here and this is one of the reasons why repairs on my car keeps getting pushed back. I just want my car finally worked on and a set date when I can pick it up with no excuses.
