Excellent service. Prompt updates. There were some delays in the repair, but the team coordinated well to complete it, keeping me in the loop. Waiving off some amount was an extremely good gesture. Additionally repaired some dents for free. Thanks to Ruben! He’s externally committed.

I might recommend Harvey's on Maple but not the one on Commerce. A friend recommended the one on Maple but I thought I would try the one on Commerce, bad decision.

Trying to get updates was pretty tough. Once I got a hold of the rep he did get me caught up even though most updates were " I still can't find parts".
