I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. Their staff are friendly, and not pushy in the least. They treat you like a person. They’re punctual, and efficient, completing my car days earlier than anticipated. The ease with which they helped me with my rental are priceless. They even pointed out the poor job done by caliber after my last accident. 10/10 stars.

There was damage to one of the mirrors as a result of the accident, which I pointed out when I dropped off the vehicle. That was not repaired/replaced. The work that was done looks good though

The team at Harvey’s is remarkable. The attention to customer satisfaction and the details was great. They make you feel at home and take the time to explain everything. They delivered on time, on budget and even took the time to clean up a few small items on the paint, not even part of the damage. Got the vehicle back in better than before condition. The team was very responsive and always trying to do their best and finish their reports and repairs in a timely manner. After driving off and getting home, I looked at the area which got fixed and noticed that there were small dots of metal of un painted spots on the hood of the passenger side. It is very disappointing due to needing my vehicle for work which I will have to travel for. This will be another setback to get it fixed again after thinking Harvey’s would complete the task without issues. I don’t understand how this can go overlooked. Don’t you have a person who verifies everything to make sure it’s in good standing? This is very disappointing and dissatisfying.

I recently had my vehicle repaired for hail damage at this shop, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the service.
