Harvil Auto Body is a family-owned, fourth-generation auto body shop with a rich history that began in 1910 as a Studebaker dealership, selling and servicing cars and trucks in Chesterton, Indiana. Fred Harvil Sr. eventually started his own shop in 1958, Fred’s Auto Body, a well-respected repair shop in Chesterton, Indiana. In 1974, the family relocated to Tempe, Arizona, where Fred Harvil Jr. and Tim Harvil established Harvil Auto Body. Today, with Tim’s son, Matt Harvil, operating the company, the business continues to honor its legacy with expert auto body repair. With decades of experience, Harvil Auto Body is committed to providing top-notch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer care. My driver door was bent backwards due to a storm, and the great guys at Harvil did a quick fix (for free) just to get it functioning again. Of course I brought it back for the real fix (door replacement) and my car is as good as new! I received updated text massages during the repair and the price was as promised. I'll bring all my repair needs to Harvil from now on!
