Its too early to tell, but I am giving it a 9 because the gap at the front of the hood and grill was pretty far off when I came to pick up the truck. Juan brought it to the back and had it adjusted in 10 minutes. Thats was good, but you should not need me to point that obvious item out. There should be a manger quality checking the work before presenting to the owner.

I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication between them and myself. I had no clue about what was going on with my vehicle while in their possession. They also put mixed match non fitted screws in my bumper, which is so unprofessional. Plus my car was washed without my consent causing damages to the vehicle wrap coating. I need to know who’s going to be responsible for this? I reached out to AAA, since they’re the ones that transported my car there for the repair, and I have not heard back from anyone regarding this issue.

Adam & Brenda greeted me warmly & were enthusiastic about working with me on my 2007 Silverado after a failed DIY attempt. Result was amazing. They went the extra mile by washing my truck and detailing fully inside and out. What body shop goes beyond a basic wash? Very pleased with final paint.
