Appreciate your being accessible and communicative! That helped our house feel secure and more at ease about the process. Only thing that could have been a bit more seamless is the communication between your team and the insurance company. They wanted to stop paying for the rental before our car was fully repaired and still in your shop. I had to make plenty of calls to get that extended.
