The office was clean and welcoming, and the front desk receptionist, Kendall, I believe was especially friendly and professional. They even stayed after closing to make sure I could pick up my car, which really meant a lot. I highly recommend Haven Collision Center they truly treat you like family. Definitely a 5-star experience.

It was a young female associate that treated me like a criminal. She made me uncomfortable, alienated, and disrespected on my pick-up visit. She greeted another customer that had a pick-up, but completely ignored me. Kendal was amazing and answered all my questions. The repair was great!
