I would have preferred to receive updates about the status of my vehicle’s repairs. I called several times to check in, with no estimated date of completion and was given no prior notice that the car would be ready for pick up that day and I would need to do so immediately as I had a rental car to return and this was being paid for by another insurance company. I am happy with the work that was done, but the communications process could be improved.

Job well done ...The only thing I have to say is that the inside of the car was very dusty and the floor mat on the driver's side , I'm not sure if that could be avoided or not but it was a mess !
