I really appreciate being worked in quickly to their busy schedule, because I didn’t want to drive around in a car with a bullet hole in it. They did a wonderful job on my car and went above and beyond even what had to be fixed. I don’t have any prior experience with body shops, but if I ever need one again, this is the one I’ll call!

It was frustrating to have to call every time to get updates on my vehicle instead of them letting me know status changes, time frames, insurance updates, parts delay, weather related delays, etc. and then them only calling me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up.

We have been using Hawks Paint and body for over 11 years. Since we moved to Fort Worth. They are the best we have found. Always point out the problem. Even ones you did not see or know about. Make recommendations and assist with your insurance. Work real well with insurance. Work always approved and certified by our carrier and the work always done on time when promised at the cost quoted. We have used them for non insurance related issues as well. Maybe to fix door dings or mirrors knocked off in car wash. They always do professional work. Pleasant to deal with. Very patient in explaining things and answering questions. Always leave car cleaner than they found it. If we get it home and notice something they have no problem taking care of it. I had an odd color car called tuxedo black. Very pretty but was discontinued. Could not get touch up. After some work they gave me small bottle left over from job for future touch ups. Small things like that mak the big difference. Will not go anywhere else. Trust these guys with 6 of our past cars over the years. Seen them more times than I wished I had but was glad to have them get my car like new again
