Rear left light not well adjusted. Gap showing in it. Case was already reported to one of the staff members who corrected one side and created a gap in the middle.. The Overall outside looking, the car was well done, painted and cleaned perfectly. Thank you.

I Wish if customer service could inform clients 1day before the day of picking up their cars so they can be ready( returning the renting car, pickup children from school, making sure somebody is available to drop you to the place, etc…)

The repair process was easy and fast. I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs. A gentleman from Hayes even drove me to Enterprise to pickup my rental car when I had to leave my car for repairs. I would highly recommend Hayes for repairs! I was very pleased with my experience!
