The body shop missed some obvious damage under the hood. The hood had to be lifted to do any repairs. I am certain this will be repaired to my satisfaction soon.

I appreciate the staff taking extra time to insure the body damage was repaired correctly. I understand there was a need to disconnect the battery to the door damage. I do not understand why some of the features are not available to include the interior lights. I plan to call the body shop this morning and assume this will mean another period where I will be without my car. Last but just as frustrating was the way I was treated or actually ignored by the initial person that provided the quote. All papers were filled out with my name as the owner. When reviewing the quote, I was completely ignored while he spoke to my husband. I found his actions to be completely unprofessional and insulting. The person I worked with from that point forward is professional, personable and a pleasure to work with.

Evryrhing was great only issue was on the detail of inside of my vehicle. someone forgot to clean the juice stains off the roof inside the vehicle. bit I was so happy with my car I didnt complain bit I wish it had been cleaned
