Vehicle interior was covered with dust & dirt because your service personnel did not protect the rear lift gate with a plastic curtain. I had to use a leaf blower to blow out the dust & dirt from the vehicle interior. Your shop worker put a 1” cut scratch on my lower black bumper cover that had red paint on it.

My black rear lower bumper cover has a 1” scratch/cut that had red paint on it. This scratch was not on the vehicle before the repair. While removing the old upper bumper cover or reinstalling the new upper bumper cover the person in your shop poked it. My vehicle was in your shop for (4) days and the interior was covered with dust & dirt from your personal not putting a plastic curtain inside the lift gate door. I had to use a leaf blower to blow the dust & dirt out of the vehicle. You should have loaner vehicles for Grand Wagoneer owners.
