Took my truck to hazelwood body and fender for body work after being rear ended. Amanda was professional and pleasant to talk to she handled the in take professional The young man Eddie who was there when I dropped off my truck was professional, pleasant, polite and I was able to talk toWas notified that my truck was ready. Went to pick up. Was notified happy with the complete work. Was pointing out some item that needed to be fix. The owner John came out telling me how old my truck was and the insurance company should have just totaled it. I explained to him that they didn’t and was paying you to complete the job. John has no customer service skills and is very rude when his is not getting his way. Told him he could correct the problem or keep it until it was fixed correctly.
