The repair took much longer than expected for the amount of work completed. Also the quality of work was not up to par. The vehicle sounds were worse when completed than when the vehicle was brought in.

I really don’t mean to be that guy, but y’all for real gave my car back broken. I got my twins in the back, I go over smooth soft bumps, and tell me why my back tire rattled so hard my car jumped up and down. It sounded like a bunch of hands beating on a plastic Walmart fold up table. It makes the entire car vibrate and I do not feel like I should go get this looked at out-of-pocket. Call me so we can discuss how to fix the situation, before Hazelwood becomes I Hazel-wouldn’t!

I’m very pleased that Hazelwood Body & Fender fix the rear end of my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu after an accident with a driver with big Virginia tags who couldn’t be a man to exchange information. The maintenance men were able to fix my car as good as new and I highly recommend their service if anybody needs to get their car repaired due to a damage.

The representative kept me up-to-date on the status of my car, and when it was ready to be picked up. Hazelwood Body and Fender was simply fantastic! Every staff member I encountered during the estimate, reception, scheduling, to picking up my vehicle was so friendly, helpful, and professional, I can’t praise them enough! My repair was very minor, but I am extremely happy with the repair and the service! Unfortunately, they only deal with vehicle collisions and do not service regular repairs, but I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs a reliable collision repair expert!
