The color of the repair does not match the original paint color and you see the difference on color. Communication is terrible. Weeks later and I am still waiting to hear from the establishment on how this issue will be rectified. I would not recoomend them to anyone.

I chose Headway Collision Center because they were on State Farm’s list, but I am so glad I did. After calling around to several places, this was the only shop where I felt like a person—not just a number. That mattered so much to me, especially right after a car accident. From start to finish, I felt completely taken care of. Even though every repair shop was backed up after Hurricane Helene, Headway delivered in a timely manner. Nathan kept me updated every step of the way with calls and texts, and I could also check progress online through their website—which gave me extra peace of mind. When I got my car back, she looked beautiful—honestly better than before the accident. The entire process with State Farm was seamless thanks to them. I highly recommend Headway Collision Center. Getting in a wreck is stressful enough, but having a team that truly has your back makes all the difference.
