I was kept abreast of the status of my repair each week. I also got my car back a week earlier than estimated. The tech walked us through what was done to the car and explained the warranty on parts and labor. I would recommend Headway to anyone without reservation.

We are so pleased with the outcome. Sometimes when a car is fixed you can tell because the paint color doesn’t quite match but not with the repair. Even in the slight you can’t tell that the rear bumper panel has been replaced.

I am 100% totally satisfied with my repair service at Headway Collision. Communication with the team members at this company is SUPERIOR!!! I feel like everyone went above and beyond to provide me the very best service possible. From my initial contact with Kayleigh at Headway Collision, to my communications with Nate (Nathaniel) to the excellent repairs done to my car, and finally Joe transferring car seats and installing them, and a walker from the rental car to my car, everyone gave the most excellent, personable,, and professional service. The communication with each person that I encountered at Headway Collision was above and beyond superior. I feel that the communication that I had from the members of the Headway Collision team was the best customer service experience I’ve had with any company in well over 15 years. While I hope to never have a reason to need body repairs to a car again myself , should that need occur, the only company I would consider having repair my car is Headway Collision.
