The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. My car was returned looking absolutely flawless — you would never know it had been involved in an accident. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and everything felt solid, safe, and perfectly aligned. I especially want to highlight Victoria, the adjuster I worked with throughout the process. She was outstanding. Victoria was friendly, patient, and incredibly professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable at every step. She genuinely cared, and that made a huge difference during a stressful situation. One feature I absolutely loved was the text message status updates. Being able to quickly check on the overall repair progress without having to call or wonder what was happening was fantastic. Those updates kept me informed and reassured the entire time. If you’re looking for a collision center that combines top-notch workmanship, excellent communication, and truly caring staff, I can’t recommend Headway Collision Center enough. They went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for their work.
