Though I didn't hear from Nathaniel, I did receive text messages. The problem was that the text messages and the given repair dates did not accurately align. I thought that I was going to get my car back after a week as that was what was indicated by the automated system. However, it ended up being over two weeks. Everyone that I talked to, including Haley, was spectacular. I just wish that the communication would have been more accurate.
