The replaced headlamp, grill, and hood are evenly spaced/centered, with the fenders and interfacing boundaries in the front of the car. The new paint flawlessly matches the remaining original paint on the car.

The Service Manager was my single touch point for the repairs performed. After our initial meeting, exchange of information. and car drop off; a quotation for repairs was submitted for my review in less than 24 hours. The administrative side was handled completely by the Service Manager.

Everyone was helpful. The receptionist Raven(sp) was the most helpful and she is very friendly/caring. Her smile is infectious which goes along with her personality. She is awesome!

The car looks great. I appreciate the quality of the body work. I actually recommended HEI when the insurance company needed to select a repair shop. However, the outsourced repair shop is a problem. The alignment is off. The car pulls notably to the left. I took it back to have this repaired. The shop said it was the tires. It wasn't pulling before the repair.

HEI didn't follow through on one thing they said they'd do for the timing of completing my vehicle. Continued to assume my insurance was renting me a car and then again assume where it was even rented from when deadlines weren't met again.
