Tim was amazing. He kept me informed and always up to date on how repairs were going. I knew exactly what my deductible would be. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. We have worked with Mikey and his team at Caliber in the past and have not been disappointed... this time was no exception. They worked with our schedule and completed the job well ahead of their projected completion date. Elliott personally reviewed the finished repair with me in person and went over everything that had been done. They worked directly with our insurance company, so we were charged only the deductible without any hassle or extra filing work on our part. Great experience, all things considered.

Great service. Great people. After taking my Chevy to another auto body shop which wanted to replace the entire tailgate for a couple thousand dollars, Caliber was able to do a dent repair with just a little touchup paint for $300. Looks great. We love it.
