The text communications from Caliber were truly amazing. Their continuous stream of updates as to the status of the car repair was unbelievable. The ability to get a hold of Kelley the service advisor when an answer was needed was seamless. I haven’t had to do a lot of car repairs, but in my opinion, Caliber could not have done better. Highly recommended. Very satisfied.
