Christian and Emily were wonderful and very personable caring for my 16 month old car. This was my very first body repair on a vehicle ever. Christian was so good explaining the repairs and timetable. Your staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long to get my car in and repairs were done before I expected. My experience with Heidebreicht Body Shop was excellent.

Ive never had a bad experience at Heidebreicht which is why I keep coming back. So far, so good with this last trip too. Even though it took 6 days longer than first promised, it seemed like everyone did their part (body shop, body shop service, & service) to get my car running again. I was pleasantly surprised that my car got washed & detailed too...I would have never expected that & it was a nice touch -- thank you! Lastly, everyone I talked to was nice :)
