Very accommodating and professional but I would have appreciated a phone call (instead of an automated text message) when vehicle was delayed for completion. Text message came through at 5pm of the day the vehicle was supposed to be completed.

When I made the appointment for the body work and paint I told them that I wanted all of the removed parts returned to me. I repeated that when I dropped it off and he wrote it down. When I picked it up I was told that they had disposed of them. I was not happy about that and I told them that. A few days later I received a phone message telling me that they had found some of the parts. I was happy about that until I found out that they could only find the parts that should have been thrown out and couldn’t find the parts that I really wanted returned to me, specifically the headlight assembly and the driving light. Both were damaged but usable if the new ones ever were destroyed. I found it questionable that the best parts were thrown out and the worst parts were still there. I believe that someone there took my parts home. My vehicle looks great but it surely will make me Leary of having any more work done there or recommending your dealership to anyone else. Thank you for providing me an opportunity to express my feelings about my repair experience. James SNELL.
