I expected the car to be cleaner when I picked it up than it was. I understand it had paint work done, but the exterior was dirty. Repair quality was good but not perfect

The insurance repair was excellent. The additional work I paid out of pocket was less than expected after pointing out different spots to repair, in fact someone called and told me that there was additional areas that they found, which I gave the ok to repair, where not repaired to my satisfaction.

Service workers have unlimited knowledge, body shop is run very well, my car was not only fixed.. they were fast & I appreciated the ride home & back, porter was courteous and prompt.. & my car was squeaky clean when it was returned!!!
