I was appalled that the shop would not have a loaner immediately. They made me wait about a week before offering me with a loaner. When I explained that I had a baby at home, no available vehicle/car seat...the dealer's response was to go rent one or to pick up my vehicle and drive it with a bad tire. I am a GM employee, and I was appalled at the customer service at a GM facility. Especially when there was a safety factor there.
