You sent a text that I would get updates, but I never received any updates about my car. The main reason we brought out vehicle there was because of the free loaners. We didn't get a loaner until a week and a half later and our car was ready the following day. So the loaner was useless. I would have waited one more day and not picked up the loaner, but I wasn't notified that my car would probably be ready the following day. Overall the car looks great! I would just recommend better communication and more loaner cars available.
