Offered loaner car which was a huge deal for me, open communication about lead time on repair/service and even fit it in for additional services I needed done on their busy schedule. Staff always has a smile on their faces and rave about how great it is to work there at Heidebreicht. Truck was returned detailed inside and out, yes the inside was detailed which was to my surprise, shout out to Sal in collision/body shop and Kelly in service.
