When I brought it in They explained what will happen and I was given a loner. It was done in short order. When I picked up my car easy drop off of the loner and easy pick up of my car. Everything was done in very little time.

replacement of our quarter panel and blend out paint. You use factory parts, which was great. Kristian was great to deal with. allowing a brand new loaner car was great the refit of the cooler box that fits inside the quarter panel was not right. I did have to mention it to them. They tried to adjust it, but they said they could not adjust it to provide the same gap that the unaffected side had previously. The paint color doesn’t match, but it is as close as they could get they said. I love the dealership. They’ve always been nice to deal with.

I would have gave them a ten, cause the workmanship was great. But it took an extra week to complete the job, at no fault of theirs. But they never called to tell me and the computerized text told me my vehicle was on schedule to be completed on time. If I was renting a vehicle or needed it, I would not have been as understanding
