My daughter decided to “cowboy” her Toyota Prius down an ungraded mountain road two weeks before needing to go back to college. Unfortunately the front end did not fair well. Our insurance company provided a sole auto body repair shop with their customer service located in Ohio or Illinois. They only offered to look at the vehicle two days before she was to return to school. This was a no go. We called our agent and said we were going to look at other shops. We reached out to Helena Body and Paint and explained the situation. We brought it in, they worked with our insurance company and they said they could fit it in and get it ready before my daughter needed to start driving back. Helena Body and Paint quickly ordered the parts and had it repaired in three working days. I was taken back when Justine called and said the car was ready. Helena Body and Paint did a wonderful job on the repair. My daughter loved that they bent her license plate back and vacuumed up the Cheezit’s off the floor. She was ecstatic! So was I. It was a great experience and Helena Body and Paint will have a customer for life.
