There was about a month between my estimate, and the time to begin the work. However, for some reason, instead of the week or so, I was told the work would take, it actually took nearly 3 weeks. However, the work was beautifully done, and it looks brand new. it just took longer than it should have

1st time I used them, experience was great . This time not so much . Took over 30 days but biggest complaint is no one kept me informed over delays . I will say after I spoke to the manager Aaron , he totally understood and did expedite the repairs. However , After I got the car back, discovered the auto locks on the passenger side arent working . Called and spoke to Paul and said to bring it back and hopefully the technician can fix it while I WAIT . That’s good they will take take care of it but another day to finish the job . Im concerned how much more time it’ll take because my work has me out in the field everyday . Hopefully it’s an easy fix

mine was an extensive and difficult job given the extent of the damage. Took almost 9 weeks to complete the job and of course this fare ewxceeded the time allowed by my insurance company's rental car coverage. Helotes did the ir best to help me, but I told them (and I still feel this way) I'd rather have a perfect job than a hurry-up mess. My family members have used this shop, I've also used it on prior occastions, and if necessary, I would go back Really GREAT work..

I can’t say I’d recommend them for major repair, fender bender maybe. We’ve taken our vehicles to Helotes Collision for close to twenty years and always had a great experience. I’m not sure what happened.

Car took over 6 months to repair, I was told it would take a long time but 6 months is ridiculous. the slogan on sign “like it never happened” should be removed.

When calling and checking on my vehicle I was basically lied to every time, I showed up to see my vehicle and things I was told were complete were not done. Don’t lie to the customer, just be truthful, how hard is that.

I absolutely love the Helotes Collison Center. The staff are awesome, the work is superior and timely. I can not say enough good things. Second time using them and I am elated with the customer service and quality of the work. They even picked my car up and returned to me because I couldn't drive at the time due to heart surgery.

When I call I get the information I need from kind staff. My collison representative was so kind and professional, he made sure everything was done right. I was always put at ease with him. Wish I had the money to give him a big tip! The Helotes Collison sign out front says, "Like it never happened," and my 20011 Camaro looked like it never happened Your collison staff are the best!!!
