Before this incident we have and would definitely recommend Helotes Collision. It’s a shame that our current experience with your business doesn’t lend us to recommend your Collision Center.

Our van was damaged inside with broken handles, seats and seatbelts by your technicians. Inside entirely covered with bondo? Dust, leaves and debris. Paint chipped on newly repaired bumper. Scratches visible on rim. Interior trim not reinstalled properly resulting in gaps and broken items. Our vehicle should never have been returned back to us in this condition. I took pictures showing damage and dirt prior to spending over fours hours attempting to clean up the mess.

When we picked up our van Friday around closing Paul told us the Blind Spot monitor was not repaired (the only thing my wife listed in the comment section when she dropped off the vehicle that was our biggest concern in getting repaired). Why were we not informed of this prior to picking up? Then we were told we could just turn off the ‘message’ showing Blind Spot error. Like that fixed the problem! Showing frustration with that suggestion Paul said we could bring our vehicle back next week and they would look at it again. He could not tell me how long this would take or if it could be repaired by Helotes Collision. Feeling rushed because it was near closing we finished paying our portion of the repair and left before really looking over the vehicle…big mistake. We noticed when driving home our van interior was very dirty. Since it was closing we just figured they did a poor job and we’d clean it the next day. The next day on Saturday that’s when we found the extensive damage and filth through out. We returned first thing Monday morning to have this addressed and was meet with denial of how our van could be so filthy and damaged inside. We offered to show Paul pictures of our van prior to us cleaning it up inside on Saturday, he declined looking at them. We pointed out many damaged items and was meet with no reply or suggestion in how this was going to be taken care of. Our vehicle was very clean before we dropped it off for repair…just having detailed it inside. All we got was “I’ll talk to my quality control guys”?! That really doesn’t fix the damage done. And certainly doesn’t speak well to customer service. We’ve used Helotes Collision multiple times prior for repairs with satisfactory results and are shocked that this has happened.
