The transaction is not complete yet. As previously stated there was an internal decision made 2 weeks ago that was communicated to either the client (myself) or USAA to repair the light system that was damaged when the car was rear ended. This was communicated to the client after the card was swiped but prior to any signature validating payment. He then instructed the payment be canceled until USAA could be contacted and the situation resolved. At this point services rendered have not been accepted as they are incomplete, the vehicle remains at helotes collision center, and any pending payments will be disputed and canceled if helotes collision center has failed to do so.
