Car came out looking great only there was a lot of delays that felt like excuses.

Brought in my Honda Accord to have the front bumper and the shield guards of the undercarriage replaced. There was some damage behind the front bumper as well. Overall it took about a month to complete. The communication and/or updates was not the best, seemed like I was getting a lot of excuses as to why there’s been such a delay. What really bothered me was when I was told my car is ready to be picked up at 5:15pm and 5:30pm was the cut off time for pick up…..either way I picked it up Monday since they were not open on the weekends, no issues there, it was a quick process. Overall the car looks great and I haven’t had any issues so far. Communication was lacking but there was no rudeness, everyone who I spoke with were nice and respectful.
