It took 6 weeks to make a single panel repair. There is blame to be shared by both the insurance company and the repair shop. I had also asked for a separate quote for additional work and all three times I requested it (with different members of the staff) they agreed to get that to me in 24 hours and it never came.

I thought I had the free estimate, but I have to pay additional $1000 if I remove my car to insurance dedicated shop, which I don’t have to pay a penny to get my car fixed. There are so many scratches or dots scattered and around edges of front hood when I pick up my car, which was not there when I drop my car off. The car hood was not closed properly and the alarm went off in the highway also.
