There is not one person that I had contact with at your business that was not outstanding. I spoke to the girl in the office, im so sorry I forgot her name. She was so helpful. Steven is who came out and looked at the damages. David who worked with me after the car was dropped off for repair. Every single step was explained in detail, questions answered. Updates given. I will forever recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. Thank you for making this stress free. It was very much appreciated!!!

Every one at Caliber Collision in Concord is a plus 10!! From scheduling my appt for the work appraisal,Steven who did the appraisal,and David who kept me up to date on repairs and completion. It was the best repair experience I've ever had. Not that getting your car repaired is a fun time. But if you have no issues with the repair shop that is huge ! Thank you all for being such an incredible team to work with.
