I bought the vehicle from JG thru Chris Whitehurst just a couple of months before the minor accident. Built a great relationship with Chris and called him after the accident. He introduced me to Jim Scrimale. Jim walked me thru the process before I even had a claim with Progressive. As the claim progressed I told the insurance company that I must have the work done with Jim at JG. That is a testament to the customer service at JG.
