I brought my car in for repair rear door. The door edges area has rough and sharp paint edges that are severe enough to hurt or cut my finger. It also appears that the door may have been closed before the paint was fully dry. The wet paint seems to have touched the car body, leaving paint marks and paint residue on the body panel where the door closes.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Hendrick Collision Terry Labonte. The entire process was smooth, fast, and way less stressful than I expected. From the moment I brought my car in, the staff made me feel taken care of and kept me updated the whole time. The repair itself was flawless—seriously, my car looks perfect again. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and don’t cut corners. I have to give a special thank you to Frank—he was honestly amazing. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to make sure everything was handled right. He made the whole experience feel personal and not just like another customer. Overall, this place delivers great service, great communication, and great results. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
