Was a bit of a roller coaster ride with text messages of when the vehicle would be completed. First text was bumped out a few days, second text was bumped out 2 additional weeks, to then get a call the next day that it was ready to be picked up.

Waiting a month and a half was too long to wait for our car to be repaired. We are unlikely to return to your collision center due to the anxiety we felt with the situation overall. I have enjoyed the customer service at your Honda dealership where I bought my Honda. I will buy another Honda if it is necessary to buy in the future.

We were not pleased with the man who spoke with us in the parking lot prior to getting our car repaired. We had to ask the sweet lady up front for her to ask someone to speak with us about our car. Also, we were not pleased that no one spoke with us after the repairs had been done. We were given the the keys and nothing more. Very disappointing

The young lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice. We were not impressed however, with the service we received from the man who was in charge of taking our car from us that day. He brushed us off. We talked about how rude he was. We figured he was just too busy for us. I can understand that he must have been in a hurry, but it was a shock how he behaved.
