My car was at the body shop for a month and then it went to the service department for an additional three months. Coby was always very professional during interactions with him. And after all the confusion over that 4 month period, they found the issue and did not charge me anything. I thank you for all that you did for me. Now my car is back together and working perfectly.

You had my truck for 41 days , I finally had to go and see the service manager to get anything done . Then I had to call a friend who had more pull just to get it back . Now you charge me 500 deductible. And all I got was a hard time . Had to borrow 5 different trucks to pick up and return customers mowers . . I believe you oue me money for my inconvenience. I can assure you I will not recommend Herb Easley. Sorry Brad

My car was filthy when I got it back, not only that, there are parts falling apart. The inside of my door literally fell off as I shut the door. I had no issues with this car prior to taking it in.

I was told that the car would be in a locked/gated area at night to keep people from vandalizing it and for protection. I drove by one evening as it was getting dark, drove on the lot where the car was parked in a non lighted area, and the car doors(all 4) were unlocked and I believe the key was in the ignition at the time. This was close to 8 pm and the offices were closed.

I don't understand why it only lets you select satisfied as top rating. Adison and his body shop crew are awesome. From front desk to the cats getting dirty are like you would expect from a top rated body shop. They are kind and extremely helpful. They keep you notified and up to date on the progress. I've taken 2 vehicles to them for extensive repairs and they come out looking better than factory. They are an A1 shop. Regardless of the make or model they can't be out done. Thanks to that crew. Outstanding.

Marti made sure everything went smooth with constant updates and communication. The body shop did great work repairing the damage and on repainting the damaged areas. Car looks brand new. 10/10 job from HE as always!
