Terrible experience. Went to pick up my car after a weeks and the part they repaired it with was damaged worse than what I had originally and it wasn’t even secured. I was completely dissatisfied and appalled that your service team inspected that and thought it was ok to return to a customer in the shape it was in.

The service manager tried but he made empty promises. When I had my vehicle back in to be repaired the right way the second time around I was told it was a one hour repair and not to arrange for a car. After an hour I asked to speak with the manager because I was still waiting. The manager then told Me it would Be atleast another hour. Unfortunately I have three children who were in need of rides. My car was so called torn apart and I was stuck without a ride to get to my children in time.
