My dealership, Grand Subaru, suggested I go to you, so I didn't look anywhere else. If I have another accident, I will first look to see if another place has higher ratings. This is because of the scratches.

The low score is because there are scratches on the sides of my car that weren't there when I took it in. I am wondering what was used in your car wash. Jeff has offered to have the nicks touched up. The actual repair was fine.
