The repair was done with no issues at all, I appreciate that they cleaned my vehicle after the repairs. But the windows were left with smudges and some sort of film on my dash. So I had to clean my car afterwards So my only complaint that I received it back dirtier then it went in

When Heritage Cadillac received our car they were up front with me that it would be sometime before the car would be done. They were very busy and didn’t know if they could get the parts. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car back in a little over 5 weeks.

🤔 Always a little room for improvement. 🙂 Very good job cleaning out the car. I feel bad 😞 for the poor person who had to vacuum up all of the dog 🐶 hair. Bodywork looks great🎉, can’t find any issues with that. Overall I am very pleased. My family has been customers of Heritage Cadillac for 44 years. One more and we get a free used Cadillac right ?? A nice used one of course. That’s all they sell !

Customer service is all ways very nice 🤩 to deal with. I usually go to Burrell in service and I think my husband does as well. He dropped off the car this time so I can’t be sure with that. The ladies are the cashier desk are always fun to work with, and to chat with if their time allows. I’ve never seen another customer delayed due to our socializing. Of course this happens only while I wait for my car to be brought up by the porter. I don’t hang around and waste their time. I’m happy to see that they give out cookies 🍪 with your receipt. I’ve been writing that on the comment cards for years but I’m sure it wasn’t started just because of me.
