10/10 for Linda, she went well beyond her duties as she was amazing staying later to get my belongings out when needed and worked around my schedule but there was a miscommunication between the state farm and auto body shop since I wanted to go pick up the car and have the insurance pick it up since it wasa tota loss deemed by the autobody shop.

On the accident I should have said something about my pipe being not straight but I guess I could get it rectified when I come in. On the other hand everything was good very satisfied
