I was very impressed by the prompt and professional experience I had with Heritage. They were able to get me in two weeks after the accident, gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off, and saved me money. They sent out regular updates on the progress and called to discuss any changes. And when my car was finished, it was beautiful and clean and I could return my rental car there. I can not say enough about Heritage. Thank you for practicing the kind of customer service that is rare to see anymore.
